Rates
Rates for private consultation are as follows:

New Client Evaluation (90-120 minutes): $295

Established Client Sessions:

25 minutes: $90 (only available for Skype or phone sessions)
55 minutes: $175
85 minutes: $245

Product Education Consultation:
20 minutes for $45 (consultation fee waived with product purchase of $95)

Insurance
Dr. Howard does not accept insurance, but will be happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement through your health savings/ flex spending account.

Payment Methods
Credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment for office appointments is due at the time of service. For remote appointments (over telephone or Skype), payment is due at the time of appointment confirmation.

Cancellation notice is 48 hours in non-emergency sitations. Dr. Howard will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling changes on short notice, when possible.

Payment for workshops is due at registration. Cancellation policies are outlined in registration details.
